Many years ago I had a series of blood test to determine why I couldn't loose weight, I was surprised at the results and found that by having these blood test I was able to come up with cast iron plan to loose weight so if you find it difficult to loose weight there may be a health problem, pop to your doctor and see if you can get it checked out. |

I never really thought about doing that. That's good advice, though. It'd be nice to have a doctor's opinion. |

Thanks for that advice Dee1. I didn't realize that when having a hard time loosing weight it can all be determined with a blood test. |

Trial and error is usually the best way to go. You need to experiment with different diets with the hope that the end result will be a diet that works out for you |
