It is kind of hard to list 5 steps. The steps that I would include:
Daily exercise
No Junk Food
Regular meals
No alcohol |

Good tips. I think most people have the biggest problem with the first two. There are always those days where you just don't want to workout. |

I think that journaling would be added to these tips. It is easier to loose if you are tracking what you eat and how you exercise. |

And when you find a workout routine that works best for you, turn the journal into a schedule and keep a separate journal to keep track of what you eat and when. |

Don't drink sugar drinks (soda, juice, etc.)
Get as much activity as you can (shoot for at least 30 mins a day)
Limit simple carbs consumption
Get as much sleep as you can (7-8 hours a night)
Be consistent with all of the above |

1 pound of fats = 3,500 calories.
so you can make out how many calories you wish to shed .Generally, it seen that the range to loose weight for men and women is
Males range to lose weight:Between 1700-2000 calories.
Females range to lose weight: Between 1200-1400 calories.
I used to be very fatty and brought few changes in my daily lifestyle and it worked for me, hope it will for you also:
Cut out the sodas.
Take a brisk walk.
Drink 8 glasses of water everyday
Instead of having 3 large meals each day, eat 4-5 smaller ones.
Sleep a minimum of 7 hours a night. |
