I listen to music. If I try to watch movies I lose my concentration, and that's not good.

I love using a treadmill if TV screen is on. Listening music is also fine with me. It's also more enjoyable to exercise if you're with friends at least you can chat or gossip at the same time.

I have just started back on my treadmill. The only way I can do it is watching tv. I watch a 30 minute show and then am off! I have to work my way up to 1 hour.

I don't like my treadmill, I find it boring only because I know I can jump off anytime here, when I'm out and about I have to finish my walking exercise so I can get home, but when I do use the treadmill I have to have the TV or radio on to distract me.

I can't use a treadmill without watching TV. I get really bored really fast if I don't have something to distract me.

I can't watch TV shows or movies when I use the treadmill, but I can on the stationary bike. Maybe I am not coordinated enough
. I do like the idea, cause walking or running can get boring if doing it for extended periods of time. Mostly I can't because I get into whatever I am watching, and when I am on the treadmill, especially running, I don't feel like I can devote my attention. If it is something like the news or sports, something you can tune in and out of, then I don't have a problem.

Post subject: Watching movies as you exercise!
Do you like watching movies when you are on a treadmill? I do, it sure makes the time fly! There are treadmills with built-in screens, very cool, but I don't have one of those.
However, you can still put your TV & DVD player in front of a regular treadmill, it works just the same.
