Counting points or calories can be difficult. I wouldn't worry about doing either. First, you have to look for the bad-habit low hanging fruit and make those changes. Often when people try to make drastic changes all at once they become discouraged and fail (so avoid that mistake). Having a treadmill is convenient, which means you don't have an excuse not to use it. Tie its use to your TV watching time or something similar so you make sure you use it. For example, use the treadmill during ever commercial (no cheating with TiVo) or you can't watch your favorite show unless you spend an equal amount of time on the treadmill.
Well it's good that you have decided for healthy eating. But you should also look at some free available videos for help in loosing weight like [url=

I would try the coco trim in a minute, but I can't afford it right now. I am good about sticking to weight watchers and counting points, but have never tried to count calories.
I do have a treadmill and go threw phases on it. One week every day, the next no motivation.

It's difficult to give advice because everybody's different. Do you have a time frame?

It is hard to give suggestions without knowing specifics. What things can you/do you want to change? What areas of your diet/lifestyle do you think you need help with? If you gives us some info, we can be more helpful.

Post subject: I'll take any suggestions
I have 60 days to loose 10-15 pounds. Any suggestions? I am ready to do this, so motivation is there. I have started cutting down on my calorie intake. I have to say, I don't count calories or exercise much. I run a daycare so am on my feet most of the day, up and down stairs carrying babies. By the end of the day, I am beat!
