there is 1 side effect, a nice long sustained energy. i agree that it is a good pre workout supplement, but in general i like the feeling i get from it daily, no jitters, no crash. well Rrenat5, best of luck on your goals, and keep the feedback coming. :)
ok, here i am 4 weeks later using just the cst,a couple of workouts a week, and 1 to 3 cardio sessions a week lasting around 6 minutes. not a great recipe for success on paper, but i ended up losing another 3lbs this week! for those of you keeping score, thats a total of 4lbs lost. not too bad
i'm sure it could have been more, damn you pumpkin pie, but all in all a positive weight loss experience. now my problem is, do i continue on with the cst by itself or do i dare try it with either the cocotrim or the slimburst?
i've read some really positive things on the coco so i am leaning that way. i will decide by sunday. thanks all for tagging along on this journey with me. stay tuned.

Very funny -- Tnino45......
All I can say is I'm sure glad I didn't take you to the pumpkin patch! Serious note I am pleased to feel comfortable enough to admit my occasional stuffing of my face with the not so nutritional desserts!

thanks wheely, stay tuned i have 1 more update. as of today my waist and weight have held steady. since you are honest about your pumpkin pie splurging, i must confess, i actually ate a whole pumpkin pie, not one of those 8" or 10", but a 12"! hey it was thanksgiving. i know thats no excuse i am weak, i admit it. now i don't recommend anyone doing this, but i'm glad to know the cst is keeping me on track.

I can agree with you on the eating 1 too many slices of the pumpkin pie - I must say during the hustle and bustle of the holidays I am glad to know w/ CST I am sustaining my energy and decreasing my waist band
I look forward to reading more on your weight loss track!

hi all, hope everybody had an enjoyable thanksgiving, i know i did. well, no excuses, i know it was thanksgiving and how i do love pumpkin pie. i admit i had 1 slice too many, but surprise, surprise i did not gain any weight this week. no weight loss, no weight gain and no gain on my waist size, to be honest this is what i am most concerned about. looks like the cst boost is doing the trick. next update i expect to be back on my weight loss track, so bye for now.

thanks JamesE, i actually notice that i also tend to eat better, except for my once a week cheat meal, but could always use some extra help. now for my 2nd week results, wait for it.....3lbs! that's right guys i dropped 3lbs this week and another 1/4" off my waist. i ran into a friend of mine tonight at work, he commented on how lean i was starting to look and asked me how much weight i had lost. always a good feeling. i too notice a better mood, heatherpink, when i take the cst. so to recap, weightloss, 3lbs from last week. inches of my waist in 2 weeks, 1/2". energy up, mood up.
lets see where the cst takes me next week.

Post subject: Cst Boost....
I gave a few samples of CST Boost to two of my "mommy" friends and they love it! They have more energy and are in a great mood all day long:)

Yes these product have helped me get off the in between meal snacking that can really add the pounds and inches. I eat a healthy balanced diet and I'm not hungry all throughout the day. This is a big deal because many products I tried in the past have claims to be able to suppress appetites CST Boost and Coco Trim are actually the first to deliver the results.

JamesE read your prior post, glad you are back on board. so do you like the cocotrim? right now i am just using the cst boost, and getting results. after 1 month of just cst, i was going to try it with either the coco, i love chocolate, or the slim, and stack it with the cst. does it help curb your appetite? thanks for any information you can offer.

Post subject: Losing weight and feeling great
I had gained a little extra weight while awaiting the birth of my second child.
I toned down my workouts during the final months of the pregnancy.
I recently stepped up my workouts. I have been losing the (baby weight) from day one with my combination of CST Boost and Coco Trim. I could not have anticipated the energy that I have built up over the past few weeks. So I'm going harder ,getting stronger and seeing the best result from my diet and exercise.

Post subject: Awesome.
I just finished my first three weeks with CST and it has been awesome. My energy and focus is at constant high without any major dips or crashes and no gitters or heart palpitations. Most stimulants give me major shakes and feel like my heart is going to pound out of my chest but not with this. I'm able to have the same intensity in my workouts and just throughout the day without feeling all craked out. Stoked I've found my new preworkout, precardio, and every day burner.
Solid
Boom OUT.

glad you liked it Rrenata5, reminds me, i need to order another bottle so i can get a full months use. between using 2 to 3 pills a day, and letting some of my friends and co-workers use these little gems. i am starting to run low.

So i tried out the CST on a non-workout day, just to experiment, following tnino's ringing endorsement. It was great!! Saturday was super busy for me with errands, a lunch meeting and then hanging out with friends in the evening. Normally, I would be tired by early evening and hit a lull, but not with the CST's help. I went all day without missing a beat.

so i had a pretty rough weekend, wasn't able to train on friday, busy doing a delivery. i did have enough time to put my friend mumbles through one though. as a matter of fact, she's the one that turned me on to the cst boost. she stacks hers with the slimburst and her results have been good also, a loss of 1" on her waist. saturday was shot, a combination of a very late night on friday, a day off my supplements, so no cst
, and waking up at 7am . needless to say, i ended up playing couch commando. sunday i worked at my 2nd job at the number 1 wholesale membership club in the u.s.. you know the one that has the long lines at the front door before we open, and at the checkout. luckily i was back on the cst and that helped get me through the day, cause i was still hurting from friday. took monday off, then tuesday i was back at the gym, but this time i took 2 cst boosts. no, i didn't explode, but i did explode through my workout. instead of my usual 3 exercises, i was able to squeeze in 5 exercises in the same time frame and i could have kept on going. awesome, awesome result. thanks again mumbles.
