I knew it wasn’t just me. It is not a “popular” or glamorous topic, but I figured it was important to mention. I haven’t seen anything in the write ups on the site about it being a fiber supplement or anything like that, but it certainly works in that capacity. For me, it only confirms that it is made from real fruits and vegetables, because “regularity” is one of the big reasons for eating them.
Post subject: On Being "Regular"
GI Jane wrote:
I've been taking it for about a month now, and one thing that I have noticed, without being gross, is that this keeps me regular. I do tend to eat whole fruits and vegetables (so I am regular anyway), but notice on the days that I don't eat as healthy as I should, if I have taken bodyglo I am still regular.
As an experiment, I gave about a week supply to a client who has had a problem with this and has refused to take the fiber supplements I have suggested for her. I can report that she loves this stuff and is more regular than she has been in years. So, if this is a problem you experience, this may be a great product for you to take.
I completely agree! I have always, always had a problem with being regular myself and now use my supplements as my daily alternative to fiber supplements I used to take.

here's how i take the bodyglo, 1 serving of protein powder, 1 serving (3 grams) of L- leucine, and last, but not least, 1/3 of a serving (3 grams) of bodyglo. ocassionally i will add liquid resveratrol to the mix, and yes, it all taste great with chocolate protein powder. i take this 2 to 4 times a day. last monday i was starting to get a cold, i kept taking the bodyglo and got a couple of extra hours of sleep and i kept the cold from spreading and getting worse. this is great stuff.

did you know that protein is acidic? when your body is acidic you are more prone to cancer and diabetis. well i do now. guess what, i eat alot of protein, and diabetis runs in my family. they suggest that you eat vegetables with your protein to help with this, as you can tell from my first blog, i don't eat vegtables. i kept hearing about a new product called superfoods. superfoods provide your daily requirements of fruits and vegetables in 1 serving. i don't do vegetables, but i do bodyglo. since i have been using it, i have a general sense of wellness that i never had before. i'm 39 yrs old, and just now i'm starting to realize why my mom was always trying to get me to eat my vegetables. i think she's happy i compromised.

Post subject: Sorry...
Sorry, after reading my post I wasn't very clear. It tasted really good. When I wrote I was surprised, I meant in a good way. I have tried the green drinks in the past and they usually taste awful.

I recently bought Bodyglo, and have been adding it to my post workout shake my last few workouts. So far I have felt like I have had more energy, and I was surprised by the taste. I'll keep you up to date as I have more experiences with it. So far so good!

Post subject: BodyGlo
This thread is for user feedback of my revolutionary Superfood, BodyGlo. I created it for myself to boost immunity, antioxidant, and overall health. I invite anyone who has used BodyGlo to share their experiences, or for those who haven’t, ask any questions they may have about it.
