I got on the scale at the end of the first week and the scale did not move. At the end of week 2 I had lost 2 lbs. So I have not got on the scale again. For my experience, I am a post menopausal woman...super slow metabolism. My work schedule does not allow for a big exercise program. I get a good 20 min walk.run with my dogs daily. I eliminated soda and juice from my diet. I also gave up my morning French Vanilla Cappuccino. I have an aversion to anything that has a vitamin taste so I struggle with the super food. My secret is to mix it in a 16 0z bottle of water and chug it 3-4 times a day till its gone. Eating is my battle. I really dont eat much, it is the remembering to eat and eating enough that I have trouble with. I am an ever recovering anorexic/bulimic. I think my body has been in such a protective state for so many years that I don't metabolize well, what food I do eat. Being busy with Christmas...I have forgotten to eat or eatten less than I should. I have done some snacking on christmas sweets but have not been glutenous. I have no idea how the scale looks...I am afraid to get on. My mom says I look slimmer...I dont see it. gosh, I wrote a novel....sorry Sonny
Post subject: Eating Disorder
Man, I sure can relate.
I was a professional dancer (1.5 years retired about), and grew up always unhealthily trying to look the dancer part. My dance career was successful but my health has been deteriorating and I don't think I have ever really known what it was like to have a balanced diet and a healthy metabolism.
All I can say is that everyday is a constant struggle. And I wish you well. Recovery isn't easy. But I feel that this program has at least been a healthy stepping stone for me in the right direction. I am just so grateful to be a part of it all.

Thank you for the kind words, Kim. Being able to motivate and inspire others is the very best, most rewarding part of what I do. That's why it is so important for me to get back in shape. My daughter is now 7 months old and it is definitely time! See you soon....

Post subject: Happy Holidays Heather!
Hi Heather,
Thank you for being a motivating force and true inspiration to all of us participating in the 30 Day Slimdown. It is so courageous of you to share your journey from fitness model to new mother to "fighting your way back to fit" with us and the entire world. Very brave! You are a beautiful example of just how much women are capable of if we are willing to work hard (and realize we are worth the effort). Lots of love and Thank you again for your support!

Post subject: My Progress
I am excited to report that I lost 6.2 pounds my first week of the 30-day slimdown! I am always skeptical about weight-loss supplements since I have tried so many unsuccessfully in the past. I have been amazed at how effective the combination of Coco-Trim and CST boost have been to curb both my appetite and cravings for sugar. The Body Glo is also the tastiest superfood I have used, and it greatly aids in my recovery after workouts. I have not been hungry and have not had the huge mood-swings I usually experience when I clean up my diet and resume an exercise program. I am a real person with real results, and can't wait to give you more good news about my progress next week!
