Honestly I must admit that I am also a sweet tooth. After dinner I am always longing for something sweet and due to this I am of the opinion it is a very good idea to eat fresh fruits. It is very healthy and besides this fruits does not have too much calories. I will definitely give the fruits a try. |

When I crave chocolate, I drink the ff hot chocolate and top it off with the ff cool whip. IT takes time to drink , so you feel like you are getting alot and it is great for the chocolate craving. |

Along the same lines as mixing the whip cream and SF hot chocolate mix--if you take the whip cream and SF jello mix---you have a fruity flavored dessert. It is really good.
I also love to make smoothies. You can add anything to them. I have even added oatmeal and peanut butter to them in the morning as a good healthy, high protein, good carb breakfast. |

I don't see myself buying protein supplements. But I do want to find better snack options. The fruit and whip cream sounds good but fruit is really expensive. Are there there any other good options? |

I eat yoghurt as a dessert.
I really like fruuit salads too, but they have to be very well chilled for me to enjoy them.
Are there any hot pudding alternatives out there? |

I have a really bad sweet tooth, but I've found that if I eat strawberries, the craving for candy tends to go away. |

mm strawberries sound really good!
SF jello is always good.
Or SF hot chocolate.
Once I mixed whipped cream with sugar free hot chocolate mix, and that pretty tasty!
I don't really have that much of a sweet tooth, so those are all the low cal things I can think of! |

|
I have a sweet tooth, and notice after dinner I crave something sugary to eat. I am always looking for a great healthy lo-cal alternative to ice cream, chocolate, or other sweets. One of my favorites is fresh berries and whip cream. It is refreshing, taste great, and best of all it is good for you with only 25 calories for 2 table spoons of whip cream.
Any other healthy alternative desserts? |
