foods that have preservatives is a big no, calories are the one we should watch out too. |

I would also have to agree with you guys. Be careful on the calory intake and do plenty of exercise is definitely the trick. |

I too agree with this,cutting Junk food is the fastest way to loose some quick weight. it will also make you healthier and will save your money which you spend on junk food. |

I have to agree, I find this works for me brilliantly and once you count your carbs after the initial dieting period it can stay off for a long time. |

Without a doubt, the best way to drop a lot of weight in a short period of time is to cut back on your carbs and greatly increase your cardio. It worked great for me. |
