40 lbs. in 2 months is very impressive, but most people wouldn't work that hard. |

Well it is rather common. Just look at all the muslims that fast during the Ramadan. |

I think if you're careful that you get what your body actually needs, you should be fine. I doubt that it would work for everyone, though. |

It looks very dangerous for the organism, I don't know if I can take it. I want it to go smoothly, but then again, beauty asks for sacrifices. |

This is a funny-sounding diet...but if it works for some...to each her own |

I don't think I could stand the buttermilk part! It probably isn't good for you in some way, but look at the alternatives that many choose~ diet pills, starvation. |
Yes, that's all you eat. The last day is fun!
I actually felt very well, active and energetic, when I was on this diet. I want to go on it again just to "lighten up," so to speak. |

I didn't know it was that common. My sister says that it really works as a cleanse, though. |

It is called "fasting" and millions of people do it regularly, be sure to drink fresh water throughout the day. |

Try doing what boxers do, run and skip every day. Be careful not to cut out too many fluids. |

I do not know why this would be a big shock to the system, it my case, it wasn't; on the contrary, I felt great during and after the dieting. But, of course, if you are cautious you should ask your doctor's / dietitian's advice first. |
