alright I'M BACK!!!!! thats right i'm back to my pre holiday training, for those of you keeping track of my progress, my apologies for my absence.
good news, with the help of cocotrim i have maintained my weight loss. i am holding steady, but thats about to change. this morning i sprinted my usual 1/2 mile (you guys are aware of how i dislike cardio), then trained at the gym. happy with the results, for some reason the cardio seemed easier than the last time i ran, and decided to give my joints a break and lift light, well light for me anyway. the one downside, my 36" jeans are getting too loose, in hind sight things could be worse. i wish you all health and happiness in the coming year. |

| sorry i haven't been able to post recently, work is taking up most or my time this month. first off let me say "good job" to those people on the 30 day slimdown. i was reading their blogs and they are getting awesome results. as far as my experience, i have only been able to get to the gym once in the last 2 weeks and my diet hasn't been the best, but when i weighed myself last saturday, no change in weight. i maintained my weight loss, and yesterday i measured my waist and lost another inch. as hectic as my life is right now i am still losing fat where i want. the combo of the coco and the cst have realy helped me with my energy and get me through the 10 to 12 hr shifts i've been working. january will be a better weight loss month. |

i have decided to go with the coco, i will be using it for a 4 week period, like i did with the cst, i will also be stacking it with the cst boost. wish me luck.  |
