For nearly 3 weeks I have been on SlimBurst and CST Boost and I am very happy with the results.
I have been working out regularly (rain or shine) 5 days week with the Extreme Burn fitness bootcamp too. My trainer has seen a huge difference in my athletic performance. From week 1 to week 2 I improved my 1 mile sprint from 8 min, 54 sec to 8 min 14 sec! I am sprinting again tomorrow, so I will let you know my time.
As far as results, I never weigh myself. I am more concerned with my measurements and BMI.
As of 12/22/08, I have lost:
1/2" from my chest
3" off my waist (my problem area, so I am VERY HAPPY!)
1 1/4" from my hips
1" from my thigh
1 1/4" from my bicep
I will be measured for BMI on 12/31.
One last thing, I LOVE the BODYGLO Superfood! I have so much energy and strangers have complimented me on looking so healthy and glowy. I wanna give my trainer a canister.
