40 lbs. in 2 months is very impressive, but most people wouldn't work that hard.

10 lbs in 12 days?
very possible along with diet and exercise. Especially everyday cardio 45 to 60mins a day.

Well it is rather common. Just look at all the muslims that fast during the Ramadan.

I think if you're careful that you get what your body actually needs, you should be fine. I doubt that it would work for everyone, though.

It looks very dangerous for the organism, I don't know if I can take it. I want it to go smoothly, but then again, beauty asks for sacrifices.

This is a funny-sounding diet...but if it works for some...to each her own Smile

I don't think I could stand the buttermilk part! It probably isn't good for you in some way, but look at the alternatives that many choose~ diet pills, starvation.

Yes, that's all you eat. The last day is fun! Smile

I actually felt very well, active and energetic, when I was on this diet. I want to go on it again just to "lighten up," so to speak.

I didn't know it was that common. My sister says that it really works as a cleanse, though.

It is called "fasting" and millions of people do it regularly, be sure to drink fresh water throughout the day.

Try doing what boxers do, run and skip every day. Be careful not to cut out too many fluids.

I do not know why this would be a big shock to the system, it my case, it wasn't; on the contrary, I felt great during and after the dieting. But, of course, if you are cautious you should ask your doctor's / dietitian's advice first.
