Instant gratification is what we all want right? But is that what is going to keep us happy and healthy in the long run?---So...in response to your question you want to lose the most amount of weight in the shortest amount of time-First and foremost ---You need to have a realistic goal. Realistic is knowing your not going to go from a size 14 to a size 5 in 30 days time but in 90 days that could be possible. There are so many variables to your question--- First your diet and exercise plan---Have you tried VEEP to get an ideal of how you need to meet your needs. What Nutritional Supplements do you take? Make sure your not indulging on carbs late at night;try and consume your carbs earlier in the day especially the carbs containing flour---The flour is not going to slim you down. In the evening,try and stick to the yummy veggies and protein----Exercise is priority allow it to be fun and not a chore;Make sure your keeping yourself hydrated with non-carbonated beverages--Do not drink juice it contains too much sugar ..... it you want the fruit simply eat the fruit! This may not have answered your question the way you had liked but I hope it is at least food for thought Smile

Learn how to eat, needs to be a life changing decision. I love this program because you can lose the weight and it really educates you on how to eat and when etc.

like what if you will not gonna lose the target pounds you want to achieve? that would be very frustrating then, for me my idea to lose weight is more on motivation not setting my mind that i will lose weight there and then.

Actually loosing weight to impress someone could actually be a pretty good reason as you would really motivate yourself. I did the same back at college when I fell in love with this girl and I was able to get myself back into shape.

It is important to lose the weight in a healthy manner and fastest is not always best. Remember you didn't put the weight on over night....It will come off gradually as long as your doing your part w/ supplements and excercise. You will reach your goal!! Keep up all your hardwork!

I used to drink iced tea and water all day and then eat dinner (most of the time). I lost a lot of weight, but I felt sick almost all the time.

Take it from somebody who knows---losing weight to fast can really work against you when you put it back on. It always seems to come back doubled.


But, I found if you drink 2 shakes a day and then have a healthy dinner--with maybe a small snack early in the evening--you will be surprised how much weight you can loose in a week.

It is not the healthiest thing to do though.

bubble has a good point. If you're trying to lose weight, better to do it right than fast.

As a first thing I would say that you do not need to loose weight to impress anyone.

Secondly, only loose the weight to become haelthier. loosing any amount of weight needs to be done for the right reasons, otherwise in a few months time, you may come off a diet and put more weight back on.
