Your body type is a scientific classification of your overall body shape, and it is determined by a combination of certain physical characteristics. Your genes determine your body type, and thus the body shape you'll develop from birth through to adulthood.

Body types can never be changed, even through training. But no matter what body type you possess, you can still lose weight relatively quickly with the correct choice of foods and fat burning secrets!

mesomorph
Ectomorph


It is important to note that it is extremely rare for an individual to show 100% characteristics for their body type. We all display some characteristics from each body shape, although one type will usually dominate. It is the dominant type of characteristics which determine the actual body type that we are assigned to.

I have to give this particular diet a mild thumbs up. That's because it works but it is an EXTREMELY unbalanced diet. So, if you want to lose weight it is not a bad option. However, it is not going to help you nutirtionally
