Set yourself up to succeed. Bring only healthy snacks such as nuts, fruit, or baked goods with protein powder and reduced sugar. Also, bring lots of water. Drinking plenty of it will fill your stomach and make you less hungry as well as keep you hydrated and less likely to drink sugar and calorie-laced soda. |
