You can easily purchase treatments from shops as well as in the internet also. You should go to walk daily after eating food. Try for exercise and drinking a glass of water when you feel hungry. Stop bringing home the soda's and cupcakes and start a regular workout routine. You should stop soda's and cupcakes and start a regular workout routine. |

It sounds like you have half of the equation right. Working out is important to any weight loss plan... but the other half is eating right. And fasting is defiantly NOT the right way to eat for weight loss!
Fasting deprives your body of the vital nutrients it needs to repair after your tough workouts. Remember, the more muscle you build, the higher your resting metabolism will be and the more body fat you will burn.
Keep working out, but try eating a balanced diet with plenty of lean proteins to support repair. |

Hello Everyone! oops! Its very nice to be here. I m a Dr. and senior rugby player too. I am here to share and to learn with you about some best diet formulas!
I have been working out in gym for last two weeks.
I own 149 lbs today and two weeks b4.
As I workout hard in gym and do a lot of fasting.
But, my weight doesn't go down for last two weeks. It should go down as I am working hard....Why it doesn't??
I am so worried, if I remain the same.
I wanna loose my weight up to 120 lbs.
I will be appreciate if any one helps me suggesting a perfect diet supplement.
Am I going wrong....???
Thanks. |
