I measured my waist again this morning, and it's down another inch to 34"! I can't believe that it was 40.5" less than 6 weeks ago. I haven't been on the scales since last weekend; I'll weigh in when I get back to LA (weighing on different scales=different numbers, so I stick to the same set so I don't drive myself crazy!) I'm guessing my weight-loss is close to 20# in 6 weeks.
I was oozing over the top of my size 14 jeans at Thanksgiving, prior to starting the 30 day slimdown. I just bought some size 10 jeans that fit me like a glove...no muffin-top!! I am watching my body get lean and strong, and it feels REALLY good. I am worth taking good care of, and so are you!

| I know I have said it many times before, but you are so amazing!!! What a huge inspiration to everyone you are. You have made incredible strides in such a short ammount of time. It's really unbelievable..... Yes the products themselves are awesome, and you have been following the program well but it is also your determination and your amazing attitude that makes your accomplishments a true success!!!! Keep up the great work, Kim. |

| Congrats. I saw the pics of your transformation on the site, and it is nothing short of amazing. You didn't just lose weight and inches, you lost visible fat. And a lot of it! The pictures tell the story. And in only 30 days! That's impressive. As a personal trainer, I love seeing those kind of results. Keep going! Just don't disappear. |
