While it is possible to keep in shape after 30, I think it is also important to understand - and accept - that many of us will no longer have the same figure we had at 17. I see people having this unrealistic goal of getting that figure back, and then getting all upset when they can't. |

I see people setting that goal a lot. I know it won't work for most people, but if you tell someone that, they won't listen to you. |

I think the best way is to stay health by avoiding the stress that may come with figure changes.Accept natural changes. |

I hope I won't have the figure I had at 17 lol, I was huge. Getting there, hanging on in here, trying to get fit. |

After 30 was no big deal to me. I was able to control my weight. Then once 40 hit it was all downhill after that. Any suggestions are welcome. |
