The Coco-Trim has REALLY helped curb my uncontrollable food cravings- especially for sugar. I haven't had a cookie or piece of candy all through the holiday season. THAT is an absolute miracle! Eating smaller meals 5 times a day helps me out too. If I don't let myself get really hungry, I'm much less likely to binge. Good luck! Keep us posted on your progress... |

That's true about not letting yourself get too hungry. That keeps you from eating too much when you do eat. |

I understand that. It's a little difficult, though, if you have a habit of over-eating. |

just start out slowly and change just one thing. this leads to steady and lasting changes that will keep your weight loss on track. it's always the little things that count! |

It is always said that you should be eating 5 small meals a day rather than the 3 big meals we are use to. Drink lots of water threwough the day too. |

If you drink a lot of water, you'll be less hungry, too. That way, you can eat small things several times a day and you won't be starving while you're trying to fall asleep. |
