i've used casein, they say its best to use before you go to sleep, to give your body a continuous supply of aminos while you rest, it converts to a gel in your stomach and slowly gets digested, thats why it fills you up. your body uses sleep to allow all its systems take a break and regenerate, maybe not a good idea.
eggs have the highest biological value (BV) of protein of any food source (100), whey rates higher (100-150) sorry. too expensive, save your money
eat eggs.
