What's the best routine to get beautiful pectoral muscles? I've tried some, but I didn't like them that much. |

Try the dumbbell fly. It is one of most effective exercise for pecs. Give it a shot. |

If you want proportioned muscles, you have to both build and shape muscles. This can only be done by combining both mass building compound movements like the bench press and isolation movements like the fly.
As a general rule, perform your mass building compound movements first when you have the energy to move lots of weight. Once you have fatigued your muscles, then perform isolation movements like flys that require less weight. Try a 2 to 1 formula. Perform 2 mass building exercises and 1 isolation exercise (preferably combined, or superset, with another exercise to burnout).
Personally, I prefer incline bench press to grew the upper pec region, which tends to be underdeveloped compared to the rest of the chest.
Example workout
Incline bench press 4 sets of 8-10 reps
Incline dumbbell press 4 sets of 8-10reps
Superset dumbbell flys w/ push ups 3 sets of 10-15 reps |

don't forget to do two or three sets of dips as well at he end of your chest routine. It a great finishing movement that works the entire chest and its great for the shoulders and triceps too! |
