Hi Dean
I'd like help losing 10 pounds. I have taken all sorts of supplements in the past, some helpful, most are not. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations? I cannot seem to curb my appetite and often eat WAY larger portions than necessary. Please help. |

Well I am 150 pounds give or take a couple. I used to weigh 200 pounds and have kept that off for about 10 years or so. I just seem to have trouble with my food intake, I never feel full. Last year at this time I was 140 and felt much better about myself. I work full time and have a pretty busy schedule. I am active, but do not exercise regularly. I feel too tired to wake up any earlier in the morning, that's the only time I would have available to exercise. Thank you for personally responding to me. |

To loose 10 pounds is an achievable target. when i used to be fleshy, the first target i put ahead for me was of 8 pounds.increased it to 12, then to 15.I was able to achieve it because of Phentermine diet pills from Phenblog with right diet, good amount of water intake and regular exercise. |
