I have been using the Leslie Sansone Walking Aerobics Tapes for many years now to walk in my home.
When I first started I was very out of shape and each of her tapes can be used by people who haven't walked for a while, to people who can walk for miles. She has people with her doing all levels of difficulty and you can follow the person that is working at your level.
I like it because we all know that you can be too tired to walk one morning because of a number of reasons, and with these tapes you can start out slow and work your way up as you warm up.
Leslie is personable and funny and warm and I can honestly say that after years of watching her tapes, I am still not bored.
Well, mainly that I am breathing far too hard to be bored.
The tapes are really good for everyone. |

So this one is good for people who are out of shape and not used to exercising much. |

That name does not ring a bell. How has the program worked out for you. I am always looking to try something new that has shown some success in people's lives. |

I am new to board and just found you. Anyway, I love Leslie Sansone and her Walk Aerobics Videos. I have several of them and know enough of the moves to create my own choreography to exercise music. |
