There are some key essential elements that need to be fulfilled in order to truly reach your goals through exercise. The recommendations are endless, but two really stand out in my mind. One, you need to have a PLANNED out schedule on a weekly basis. Your routine should be written on a calendar or planner that lays out your daily exercises for the week. If something is in writing, one is more inclined to follow through with it in order to stay organized and devoted. Lastly, you need to find a form of exercise that you actually ENJOY doing. Whether it's walking, yoga, hiking, biking, etc. You need to have a sense of enjoyment when your working off those calories. When you force yourself through rigorous exercises that you find no enjoyment in, there is a high probability that it's just a matter of time before you give up. Keep these two pieces of advice in mind when you decide to make the move to live a healthier life. |

Great advice. There are so many forms of exercise, there is no reason everyone can't find some sort of activity that they enjoy. You don't just have to run on the treadmill, or even join a gym for that matter. Find something you love that gets you moving. Explore! You never know what you might fall in love with. Martial arts, mountain biking, swimming, or shuffle board (yes, even shuffle board could be exercising). The point is get moving, and be consistent! |

It´s a great post and I want to add that you must "listen" all the time to your organism. It will helps you to avoid mistakes during exercises. |

Thats a very good advice. It is highly important to choose the form of exercise which we like most. Most of the time people choose the wrong one and eventually give up practicing exercises. |
