I have the same problem as you are and I can advise you to use the natural supplements. There are many medications on the market that can reduce your hunger but you must choose what supplement will suit you the best. |

I have always been a comfort eater, but prefer savory snacks to anything sweet. I also tend to eat a lot at night, but this is one habit I am trying to curb. |

Some of the earliest advice that was giving to me was just to try and pound a few glasses of water before going to bed. Sure you might get up an extra time or two, but it fills your stomach and it's proven that the thirst and hunger receptors can often become mixed. |

I find that I am always wanting to snack at night, whether or not I am stressed.
I think I usually pig out of I am feeling down. When I get that "I don't care" attitude, it really means I don't care about what I eat!
The thing I find that helps me not eat at night is to simply go to bed earlier, and try to find activities that will keep me occupied until bedtime.
Also, if I am really craving one thing, like, say, chips, I'll tell myself that I have to go to bed now, but if I really want chips in the morning, I can eat as many as I want. I find I am always telling myself 'save it til morning!' |

I'm new here but I have that stress-eating problem, too. The only thing I've found that helps is to just go to bed and pretty much lock myself in my room until morning. |

try having some form protein, or you can try a tablespoon of peanut butter, the fat and protein should satisfy you and help fill you up. nuts are good also. good luck. |

If you cant help eating before bedtime, try some fruits such as watermelon, pineaapple etc... It helps me not to crave more. |

Hera are some tips to avoid over eating while under stress:
Talk To A Friend. Social support can go a long way toward helping you process your feelings, gain support if needed, and move on. (Just don’t meet your friend at The Cheesecake Factory!)
Try Journaling. Processing one’s feelings in a journal has been found to have many health benefits beyond mere stress management. When you feel like reaching for unhealthy food, reach for a pen instead.
Exercise. Getting your body moving is a great way to blow off steam and get your endorphins going, and is a much healthier option than overeating. |

yes, it is related to stress and your body especially your brain are looking for something that could possibly compensate the amount of stress your body have by eating out. |

Owen, tell me more about this fast oxidation. How do you find out if that's what's going on with you? Is it a blood test? Since you mention it, I think that could be a possibility of what is wrong with me. I eat a good meal and then an hour later I'm ready to munch on something. Any help is greatly appreciated. |

I think I am really on the other side of the world when I am stress, I can't eat . . . whatever I take, I tend to blow it out that's why I go hungry, poor me. Anyway, what's good about it, I don't get fat |
