I started a health program in November and so far I am down 17lb and 35 inches. I turn 39 in March so hope to lose another 17lb+ by March 6 birthday! |

Great job. Losing 17 pounds is an accomplishment (let along in 2 months). Keep up the great work. Most people don’t realize the importance and power of goal setting. People want to lose weight, but often don’t understand the need to verbalize (or even better, put it in writing). Since you have established your goal and timeline, you can better ascertain what you need to do to work toward it. It sounds like you need to just keep doing what you are doing. But you can always improve, and this site has a lot of beneficial information to help you on your journey. |

Losing 17lbs in two months is impressive. Great job! I'm glad you have a set goal and timeline. It makes things a little easier. |

One of my friends was suffering from weight problem. He has used Phentermine for loosing weight and that was beneficial for him. By this pill he has lost 20kg. You can find this pill online also. |
