Keep up the treadmill and add 5 mins of Ab crunches to start getting the muscles firm and taut. Remember you can work your Abs every day. |

Just be careful and don't over-work yourself at first. If you do, you'll really feel it the next day. |

I thought you are not supposed to do abs every day. Isn't it just like any other muscle that needs rest? |

I had my son 6 months ago and I am back to my pre-pregnant weight already but I still have a pooch in my lower abdomen. Is there anyone who knows how I can get rid of it? Because its really making me very uncomfortable with my self? Is it still gonna disappear? |

I think to get rid of the belly fat you have to do a combination of cardio and weights. Along with eating healthy. |

We can lose fat when our body is more inclined to burn fat rather than carbohydrates or protein, such as when glycogen levels (muscles sugar reserves) are low and the body is forced to use greater amounts of fat for fuel. The best exercise for each body type at the right time, a pyramid style of calorie ingested during a day, the correct macro nutrients ratio for each meal and meal frequency are more examples of timing which can boost fat loss without the necessity of reducing calorie intake, with the right timing you can tap into stored fat much quicker. |

I’ve been working out for many years now, and i want to know how I can tone my body better without losing a large portion of weight, mostly my chest and midsection? I’m 6ft 198lbs I would like to be around 195 but in much better “shape”. My diet sucks and i’m trying to work on it, but I work out at the gym 2-3 times a week lifting weights and running. I dont run a whole bunch though, would that help my problem or will that just make me lose wieght?
