What are some good exercises to help target belly fat?
I have done crunches and have been unsucessful.Since I had my daughter I have a pouch on my stomach that I can't get rid of.I've lost all the baby weight an a little extra. Mainly from just eating healthy and chasing after my daughter.I really need something to fight this buldge. Can someone tell me what worked for you after you had kids. |

I would think that crunches and situps are the best things to do. That belly pouch is very hard to get rid of. It's like it's the last place where we tend to lose weight. I know how hard it is. |

Losing belly fat especially for me was tough as I let it go to long. I did learn that crunches do work but I had to add a strict diet as well than I started to see some success. |

See, my mom is a size 2 or 3 and even she has a little pouch. I know that when women have kids they generally...or most of them still at least have a little bit of one.My main concern is trying to get my stomach flater. With gaining the baby weight while I was pregnant it just sort of happened at once and then I lost it all in a reasonable time and still am losing weight. It's just flubby. The worst part is it just sort of hangs there in some ways. I hate it! |

Lengthening the torso is something I like. It brings out definition in the stomach area.
I lie flat perpendicular to a bench where the bench supports my middle back and elongate the torso as much as possible. It brings out the midline of the stomach and helps shape and define. |
