This is suppose to be the "off topic" area, so I guess this is where we are supposed to talk about things like politics and religion. But I wanted to know how the economy is effecting people.
I am a personal trainer, and I can tell you I have seen a lot of clients drop because of lost jobs and concerns about the economy. Not only has it hit my pocket book, but it stresses me out, which tends to make me not sleep as good, eat as well, or workout as hard. I haven't put on a lot of weight, but I am not as sharp as I normally am. How is the economy affecting you? |

I work at a restaurant, so I can definitely see the affects of the economy everyday I'm at work.
I really hope it turns around because a year ago, I might be making 120 dollars a shift, and now I am lucky to make 50
and that 50 dollars doesn't go as far as it used to! |

I am thinking about creating a trainer referral section on the lookcut site to help personal trainers recruit additional clients and help them build their current business. Anybody ahve any thoughts or suggestions on this? |

Stress from the economy tends to make me eat more then I should. I haven't gained any weight because it also makes me panic, which is almost like a workout. |

Stress makes me eat! Luckily I am still in school, but I know a lot of people who have lost their job. I worry about my family, and that stresses me out. I hope Obama turns this around. |

My husbands workplace is cutting way back and this is effecting not only my husband, but our entire family. His loosing hours means less money, which means more stress. I am a stress eater!! Not good! |

The economy situation would always determine what we eat and how we eat it, but we should try to control this and eat what we should |

Well, since the economy is in the slums, I guess we'll all be forced to eat less, ha ha ha, but my problem never was eating. It's my metabolism. |

Unfortunately, the economy is starting to effect me, too. I'm getting a little worried. I'm working so much that I've started to miss meals. I don't want to, it just happens. |
