make certain that your daily intake of vitamin D is suffciant. Vitamin D deficiancy is on the rise and is critaical to maintaining heart health and bone strength. Minimum RDA is 400 IU per day with some experts recommending over twice that amount! |

Some friends of mine take supplements. Is it really healthy to get vitamin D through supplements? My brother keeps saying that it's dangerous. |

had my blood work done by a specialist, test came back showing low vitamin d levels, she recommended i supplement, but specified i take D3. |

Vitamin D is very important for us so just walk outside more than an 1h daily! |
