I enjoy yoga now a days, a wonderful technique to rejuvenate your mind, body & Soul, and most importantly disease resistant. Try it only 10 minutes everyday & then increase the duration when you feel comfortable with it.

You can do ordinary aerobic coupled with yoga which can be much effective than other exercises.
Through my experience I came to know that exercises related to each other if done properly can help in making the body healthy. |

I find that walking and yoga work the best for me. I don't really have a lot of free time. |

By far one of the easiest routines is walking, you will get fit, burn as many calories as jogging and meet people. For a more high impact routine you could try skipping. |

Stick to the walking or jogging. Especially for those people who doesn't have plenty of free time. |
